Code of Conduct

As a member of society, we will act honestly and fairly with social responsibility and common sense, and realize our management philosophy by gaining the trust of everyone around us, including customers, business partners, and local residents.

1. Compliance with laws and regulations

We comply with laws and social norms and act with high ethical standards.

2. Respect for human rights

We will respect race, personality and diversity in every aspect of our corporate activities, and will not discriminate or harass anyone based on religion, nationality, age, gender, disability, or social status.

3. Environmental conservation

In order to create a prosperous society where nature and people coexist, we will protect the global environment and actively work toward the realization of a sustainable society.

4. Development and provision of safe, secure and high-quality products and services

We give top priority to quality and strive to develop and provide safe, high-quality products and services so that our customers can be satisfied and have peace of mind.

5. Appropriate management and disclosure of information

We will appropriately manage confidential information and personal information held by the company or entrusted to us by customers, business partners, etc., and disclose information about the company, products and services in a timely and appropriate manner.

6. Realization of a safe and dynamic work environment

We will prohibit child labor and forced labor, be healthy both physically and mentally, and give consideration to disaster prevention and safety and health. We will realize a vibrant work environment where we can work safely and with peace of mind, recognizing a high level of crisis awareness and behavioral patterns in response to the risk of infectious diseases. We also respect the spirit of challenge and cooperate with each other to create new value.

7. Maintaining open competition and fair trade

We will engage in fair and free competition and appropriate transactions, and maintain sound and normal relationships with governments and administration.

8. Global business development

In developing our global business, we will comply with various international norms, including human rights, as well as the laws and regulations of each country and region, while respecting diverse cultures and customs in conducting business activities.

9. Anti-social forces

We will not give in to anti-social forces that threaten the good lives of citizens and legitimate business activities, and will deal with them with a resolute attitude and have no relationship with them whatsoever.

10. Contribution to society

We will fulfill our social responsibilities as a corporate citizen and actively engage in social contribution activities, including contributions to local communities.
